Her background is in communications and corporate and environmental sustainability. She has worked in government, the private sector and for a union.

Jade Sarita Arnott is the designer and founder of Arnsdorf, a modern fashion brand that is a B-Corp and has Ethical Clothing Certification and is working to bring about a new level of accountability to the industry through its approach to transparency.

Leila Naja Hibri

Leila was appointed as CEO of The Australian Fashion Council (AFC) in February 2020. She has a background in economics and over fifteen years experience in luxury fashion brand management and development globally. Leila has worked with Prada, The United Nations and Arthur Anderson.

Melissa Singer

Melissa Singer has established a reputation for in-depth fashion writing with a sense of fun across The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald in print and online. She is also an active columnist and blogger for major events including the Oscars and Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Thomas Rüdiger Smith

Thomas is a leader in McKinsey’s Consumer Retail practice in Australia and New Zealand. He recently led the regional effort on understanding Generation Z across APAC.
