Fashun Phopar is a curated waste and radical fashion pop-up showcasing a collection of local designers and artists. Through unconventional methods of making, these designers challenge normative practices of production and consumption within the fashion industry. Clothing and objects are crafted using waste materials, focusing on the multifaceted afterlife of both material and garment.
Fashun Phopar runs over three days and includes a range of designs to experience, view or purchase. Swing tags on the works will thoroughly detail the vision for each garment, as well as its production history and the materials used.
