Accessible seating is available to purchase directly through our ticketing provider Humanitix.
Companion Cards are accepted for all M/FW events. To make a booking using your Companion Card, please follow the instructions on our Accessibility page on our website.

$1 from the cost of your ticket goes towards making M/FW the most sustainable event in your calendar!

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted unless an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, illness or missed performance, including latecomers.

Ticket resales are only permitted through our authorised ticketing provider Humanitix.  

Ticket resales are only available once an event has sold out. Please note that tickets sold via platforms other than Humanitix will not be accepted at M/FW Runways.

If you have purchased packaged tickets such as M/FW Lounge package or accessible ticket packages, please email mfwticketing@melbourne.vic.gov.au once the event has sold out to request resale of your ticket package.
