Public transport:
- Tram: The Market is located within the free tram zone. Take trams 19, 57 or 59 to stop 7, Elizabeth Street. Tram route 19 is mostly serviced by a low floor tram and stop 7 is a level access stop. Take tram 58 to stop 9, Peel Street. Tram route 58 is partly serviced by low level trams and stop 9 is a level access stop. Please visit the Yarra Trams website to assist with your access options.
- Train: Take the city loop train to Flagstaff Station, which has lift access to the corner of William Street and La Trobe Street. Head north along William Street and cross at the corner of Franklin Street. Take the city loop train to Melbourne Central Station, which has lift access to the corner of Elizabeth Street and La Trobe Street. Head north along Elizabeth Street.

Parking:
- The Undercover Car Park at Queen Victoria Market is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Accessible parking is available for people with disabilities on level B1. The maximum vehicle height for entry into this car park is 2.2 metres. This car park has lift and escalator access to Therry Street and is wheelchair accessible.
- The Open Air Car Park at Queen Victoria Market is open 5am – 7pm, 7 days per week, and, for special events, is open 4.30pm – 11pm. Accessible parking is available for people with disabilities directly to the left and right of the main entrance on Queen Street. There is no maximum height for entry into this car park.
- Accessible Parking is also available at all times at the top of Therry Street near the corner of Queen Street.

- Pedestrian crossing on Victoria Street near corner of Queen Street.
- If coming from the Open Air car park, entry is via String Bean Alley.
